Website Terms
The basics for using the Ashbound SMP information website.
About the website
This website is operated by the Ashbound SMP community team and introduces our independently run Minecraft server. It provides information, server rules and links to community services. It currently has no shop, checkout or visitor account system.
Ashbound SMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.
Using the website
You may browse the site and share links to it. Do not attempt to compromise its security, disrupt its availability, distribute malicious content through it or falsely impersonate Ashbound staff.
Playing on the Minecraft server is subject to the server rules. Discord, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other external services have their own terms and eligibility requirements.
Content and ownership
The copyright notice applies only to material Ashbound owns. Minecraft names, trademarks and game assets remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party fonts, icons, software and other materials remain subject to their own licenses.
You may not claim Ashbound’s original branding or content as your own. These terms do not limit uses permitted by applicable law or by a relevant open-source or content license.
Information and availability
We aim to keep server details and rules accurate, but information may change and errors may occur. The website and Minecraft server may be unavailable during maintenance, technical issues or changes to the project.
We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
External links
Links to Discord, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, OpenAI and other services are provided for convenience or further information. Those services are operated separately and have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or content. The Socials page identifies our official accounts; its profile cards are a directory rather than a live feed. Handles, posts and platform features may change. A link to our account does not imply that the platform endorses Ashbound.
Privacy
Our Privacy notice explains the website’s current features, hosting-related processing and how to raise an information request.
Changes and contact
We may update the website and these terms as the project develops. The update date appears at the top of this page. Any future shop will need its own purchase information and applicable terms before orders are accepted.
For website questions or to report a problem, contact the Ashbound team through a Discord support ticket.
